What completes is not merely a year of trainings—but a cycle of soul technologies, initiated transmissions, and deeply lived thresholds of consciousness. From the Peruvian Amazon to the sacred Ganges in Varanasi, from Black Hole meditations in New Zealand to Gold frequency communion in Pharaonic Egypt, from online certifications in Psycho-Somatic Therapy to Temple Space apprenticeship in Spain, this year unfolded as a spiraling initiatory arc—an embodied curriculum across time, space, lineage, shadow, collective, Divine Dark and neurobiology.

Meta-Cycle Completion: Neurobiology, Holons, and Evolutionary Design
One feels it unmistakably when a cycle completes—there is a distinct drop in the momentum that once propelled it. During this precise shift, one detaches from unity consciousness within that completed sequence. A void of self-reflection ignites, preceding a quantum leap into a new phase of reality—self-engineered and freshly born. A new holon emerges, one that includes and transcends the previous. That holon becomes the new cycle within a larger I/We objective and subjective context.
The data of each cycle is stored within the conscious Core-Records—feeding evolutionary emergence with intelligence, with emotional and psycho-physical information. These records update across every new generation, regardless of species or cosmic event, simultaneously influencing multiple timelines and dimensions of existence.
One can only experience certain types of reality when the nervous system is sufficiently developed to run them—no different than software requiring the right hardware. If the brain's development is compromised through disease, trauma, or accident, but also the stage of Growing Up, then one will experience a distorted version of reality, with blind spots, as their daily program. When part of the nervous system is underdeveloped or clogged with unprocessed ancestral material, then one simply does not have access at all to some parts of reality—whether social skills, self-understanding, finances, relationships, or work.
It's textbook neuroscience, yes—but devastating in lived experience. Being shut out and locked within a neurodivergent bubble, often perceived as creepy or socially awkward, is excruciating.
Spectrum disorders, as called in clinical language—or rather their symptoms—have also been my neurodivergent reality for 52 years- and still are. And likely some of yours too.
Progress came slowly, unfolding through Shipibo Master Plant technology and through evolution in collective containers like ISTA, Highden Temple, Tantra events, and sacred temple spaces. Also through life itself, natural growth, and especially through the study and practice of developmental integral psychology, particularly Internal Family Systems (IFS).
Neuroplasticity is real when proper life-technology is applied: it grows the missing neurolinks and updates or heals the body-mind personality script.
We are more similar to an AI running on the latest Nvidia chip than we want to believe.
Internal Family Systems as 5D Therapeutic Engineering
In my view, IFS is the most paradigm-shifting therapeutic tool of the past decade—revolutionizing psycho-physical healing through Self-leadership by unburdening multilevel exiles within nested clusters of 5D trauma and evolutionary emergence (personal, generational, cultural, collective, and ancestral) inside the wider code of non-dual fabric of reality itself—and as indigenous offspring of Gaia: flesh, soul, and blood.
Bringing parts online—intimately attuning with them through Self with Love—is potent medicinal mortar for repair. Whether practiced solo or in collective settings, S+ or not.
Hurt people hurt people. Healed people heal people.
This area of work has been particularly challenging for me: social heart connections. One gentle titration at a time. Early infancy attachment wounds with both my parents and delayed brain development (prefrontal and orbito frontal cortex) through attention deficit form a volatile foundation that easily erupts when triggered by group dynamics—through over-sensitivity and restless scanning neuroception: complex part-structures and their defenses on the relentless lookout protecting vulnerable exiles from suffering, even when it all rests on a false belief of unworthiness.
Shadow Communion: Heart, Sociality, and the Wound of Abandonment
This remains, even now, my most intense inner exploration: navigating and deeply feeling the contemporary and ancestral relationships between masculine and feminine wounded parts and exiles, the conditioning and the inner conflicts they awaken within my core—and how to allow this to be loved, seen, and witnessed in my heart.
My core wound—and my ancestors'—is perceived neglect, public execution, and abandonment. Bringing these wounds to the group, to the circle in these held containers like ISTA and Highden, has been profoundly healing for all these parts that have been hiding—feeling alone and rejected. Shared connection, as such, is medicine. Medicine I did not receive before. Life is not a search for enlightenment anymore, but a gift of karmic treatments.
Everything rests upon, and builds atop, the deepest "tectonic plates" of a human's personal development structure—root trauma contractions included. Shifting these plates into place requires a lifetime of patience. And when they finally move—the earth shakes—they bring lifetimes of unearthed pain to digest, one knee-jerk at a time but also relief.
Amazonian Shamanism: Interdimensional Ancestral Technology
Some highly initiated indigenous elders in Peru master a rare shamanic rite known as the Secreto Animal—a secret offering born of Shipibo-Ashininka collaboration (two Amazonian tribes from Peru). In this practice, an animal entity-spirit is "sent" into one's most ancestral realms for generational and collective healing, activated by icaros, while another maestro, dieting in isolation, "takes the hits" on your behalf. This process unfolds remotely—beyond space and time—made possible through quantum entanglement.
This transcends any casual downtown understanding of plant medicine.
Out of a vow of secrecy, I will not detail the ritual further.
I've written about it already in previous posts.
But I will say this: undergoing three such transmissions in succession gave me profound insight into how unresolved ancestral energies (parts) behave in the collective consciousness (5D). They subtly shape our personal daily lives through the body, the nervous system, and brain architecture—crippling and corrupting these structures by housing within them, creating scar tissue, random and patterned behavior.
It is painful to release and digest them—yet doing so restores the whole being to its original intent. If there even is one. It could just as well be system—utterly open-ended and open-sourced.
These processes released deep bondage, catalyzing a quantum leap across my own lineage's timelines—liberating not only my German ancestry from the collective imprint of the World Wars, but also from the horse-mounted battles of pre-Roman Germanic tribes in what is now called Europe.
But these threads extend far back—through Neanderthals, Homo sapiens, and earlier primates, into Africa's cradle of life; stormy swamps echoing with primal roars of prehistoric beasts; through the cosmic dance of colliding neutron stars producing gold (Au) as byproduct; into black holes and the Multiverse.
Yes—all of this is stored and carried in the body, the nervous system, cells and fibers, the heart and the subtle sheaths. It informs all behavior—even the most "healthy" ones. The release allows neuroplasticity to engage and repair the neuro-system according to DNA, Love, and Spirit in Action—backwards, forwards, and non-linear Evolutionary Emergence.
Combining this shamanic process with IFS is both powerful and thorough.
India: Miniature Cosmos of Divine Energies - December 2024 – January 2025
In Kolkata, during a Kali Tantra Pilgrimage, I built a Siddha Mala according to a vision I was given. I had actually never heard of it before.
A Siddha Mala is a rosary comprising one bead of each Rudraksha type from 1-mukhi through 14-mukhi, often with a Gauri Shankar Rudraksha (two naturally joined Rudrakshas) and a Ganesh Rudraksha (a bead with a trunk-like protrusion) added. In Hindu tradition, Rudraksha beads are seen as "tears of Shiva" and potent divine aids for spiritual growth. Each mukhi (face) of a Rudraksha bead is believed to represent a particular deity or planetary energy and correspond to a specific chakra, mantra or quality.
The full Siddha Mala, comprised of all these beads, is considered extraordinarily potent. It is often said to contain a miniature cosmos of divine energies. Traditionally, wearing the 1–14 Mukhi beads together "acts as a protective barrier, warding off negative influences and appeasing malevolent planetary energies." It elevates the wearer's aura and embodies the blessings of numerous deities at once. Practitioners report that it aids in chakra alignment and brings physical, mental, and spiritual balance. Modern spiritual writers note that a Siddha Mala can "clear negative energy, boost intuition, and attract divine blessings," making one feel more spiritually aware with positive life changes. In essence, this mala supports protection, spiritual growth, prosperity, and intuitive wisdom all at once.
Now add 10 billion year old gold and pharaonic deities in the mix and you have a data transmission device.
Highden Temple: February – March 2025
Highden Temple Training, a collective soul initiation, and the remembrance of our dark divinity—the non-dual abyss. Observing and embodying the shift from individual survival-based society to a soul-initiated group acting from love, and realizing the conscious movement from Solar obsession to reconciliation with the Divine Dark—symbolized by the Black Hole in the center of our galaxy, which has been there all along—was the driving force during Temple Training. Here, I remembered: I am not my history. I am the void that births it.

This modern Mystery School, founded by Bruce Lyon and fueled by his Mercury Transmissions, is one of the most radical expressions of Love, Land, and Community on Mother Earth I've ever been immersed in.

Egypt: Wesak, Gold, and the Geometry of Mystery - May 2025
Under the full moon of Wesak in Aswan, I received transmissions not only of Shamballa—but of gold itself.
There is a peculiar mystery in the Was staff—a specific angle of the head of this pharaonic scepter. That angle vibrates a frequency that awakened a somatic cellular obsession: gold as a conductor of intelligence, gold as the alchemical bridge between Earth and Cosmic Mind. I believe the priests of ancient Egypt knew this. And that the gold-capped pyramids, in resonance with this angle, were receivers and transmitters of eternal data.
From Rudraksha in Kolkata to Isis wings in Philae, Egypt reawakened a deep soul lineage in me—Hieroglyphs, Sobek, Blue Lotus, Scarab. Not as symbols, but as inner archaeological truths.
It will be the focus of my next visit to Luxor and Cairo, as well as learning more about the art of goldsmithing. I have some visions I need to get my hands on.
And a desire to reconnect with the warm elegance of Islamic culture through my Egyptian friends.
Integral Conclusion: The Path Forward
From personal, to pre-personal, to transpersonal, to interpersonal. From egocentric to ethnocentric to worldcentric to cosmocentric. From archaic to integral.

I walk not toward peak experiences—but toward systemic wholeness. To halt halfway is to burn in ancestral ember. I've seen what happens when the fire is not faced. My father did not survive it; he burned alive on his way out.
The exact prediction is unclear -as life co-creates at every moment- but most likely toward design, lead, and facilitate advanced initiatory journeys, 1:1 and group, that catalyze deep ancestral resolution, somatic reintegration, and soul-based leadership—bridging shamanic intelligence, yogic consciousness, tantric embodiment, psycho-spiritual healing, gold frequency initiation and galactic remembrance.

The word Enos, or rather its sound, was channeled to me at the airport in Split, Croatia (October 2024), through a woman I was speaking with at 5 a.m. while waiting to check in luggage. It resonated unconditionally, and I adopted it as my name instantly.
Later we looked it up: Enos was the grandson of Adam and Eve—the first human through whom others began to call upon the Divine. It also simply means: "mortal human" within divine consciousness.
